Telescopic cranes

We typically see telescopic cranes employed on service and utility bodies where maximum horizontal reach needs to be achieved. Work Truck West is proud to represent the most reliable and renowned truck-mounted cranes in Western Canada, including Cobra, Auto Crane, and IMT cranes as well as replacement parts for all brands of telescopic truck-mounted cranes. All our telescopic cranes feature fast cycle times designed for maximum productivity, variable winch speeds, proportional radio remote controls, anti-two-block protection, overload shutdown systems, and cylinder holding valves.

Articulating “knuckle-boom” Cranes

Articulating or knuckle-boom cranes are ideal for accessing tight or hard-to-reach areas, or when you need to reach over obstacles or access an elevated work site. Work Truck West carries Ferrari articulating knuckle-boom cranes.

We typically install articulating cranes on trucks with open decks for an increased range of motion.

On-Deck Articulating Cranes

On-deck articulating cranes are simple to operate. Their compact design means minimum mounting and stowage space so they can be mounted almost anywhere.

We can engineer your crane to work in nearly any location, including rear corner mount, rear center mount, and behind-cab mount.

Electric Cranes

Excellent options for light duty, light lifting loads, and where space is at a premium. We carry the Western Mule line of electric and fold-away bumper cranes. Available with up to 2,000 lb lift capacity and runs off the vehicle battery.
