Our Story

Work Truck West is your one-stop shop for all your medium-duty work truck equipment needs.

At Work Truck West, we pride ourselves on figuring out exactly what you need your work truck to do for you, and getting you to work in your new truck as quickly as possible. We maintain an inventory of truck chassis and work bodies at our shop, getting you in the truck of your dreams sooner than you think. We offer financing options as well so you can be assured with the financial aspects of your new truck purchase.

As we’ve done with West Coast Machinery for generations, Work Truck West stands behind its products with comprehensive customizations, maintenance, and repair services.

Our Facilities

Work Truck West moved into its new state-of-the-art facility in the heart of BC’s Fraser Valley in the summer of 2017. In 2019, we opened our first Alberta office branch in the heart of Airdrie, Alberta.

Our Team

Work Trust West prides itself on its people — from the management team and support staff to the production personnel and service technicians, we’re all working for you to ensure your needs are met. Ours is a young, motivated and professional team with an excellent grasp of the operational requirements. Along with hard work and dedication, they bring with them valued experience in the industry.

Our People

Rob Beukema

Vice President | Sales Manager

Rob manages the sales functions of the business and assists and advises on overall management decisions. Rob is a co-owner of the business with over 20 years of experience in the company.

Mike Rolleman

Accounts Manager


Mike works with customers across Canada to ensure their work truck equipment needs are met. He has been with the company for over 15 years.

Steve Van Oene

Product Support Manager BC


Steve is a certified Red Seal Automotive Technician who has 15+ years of experience working as a diesel technician and service manager. His expertise is vital to keeping your down time to a minimum.

Kyle Potomak

Parts and Service Advisor


Kyle is the point person for any parts-related inquiries. He also manages parts inventory, is responsible for stock handling, identifying and cataloging parts and assemblies as well as ordering, receiving, inspecting, sorting, pricing and selling.

Chris Snyder

Accounts Manager


Chris works closely with Mike Rolleman and our operations team to identify new opportunities, build relationships, and ensure that all our customer's work truck needs are met.

Brad oversees day-to-day business activities and the strategic direction of the company. Brad is a co-owner of the business and has more than 30 years of experience in the industry and in managing the business.

Amanda Rathore

Marketing and Communications Manager


Amanda spent her first year as their Sales Coordinator and is now the Marketing & Communications Manager. She oversees all the market planning, customer relations, communications and is responsible for the development of goals, strategies and campaigns.

Andrew Young

Branch Manager Alberta


Andrew has possesses more than 15 years of experience in sales and service roles within full-line equipment dealerships in BC and Alberta.

Travis Ostermeier

Product Support Manager Alberta


Travis is an experienced parts and service manager and has more than 15 years of experience in automotive, agricultural equipment, and heavy-duty repairs. His technical skills and knowledge are heavily relied on both internally and from our customers.

Ed Louwerse

Operations Manager


Ed oversees scheduling, design, supply, production, and quality. He has over 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering and management and has led our production team for many years.

Bas van den Bosch

Production Manager


Bas is responsible for day-to-day planning and coordination in the Work Truck West shop. He oversees production management, supply chain, and logistics and has provided integral support to our team since 2019.

Shawn Vandersluis

Purchasing Manager


Shawn is responsible for day-to-day purchasing and buying of components. He spent his first five years with our company as the Sales Coordinator and is now the purchasing role for our division.

Cody Minderhoud

Mechanical Designer


Cody designs truck packages for our production team to bring to life. He has a background in Mechanical Engineering and is proud to be applying his skills to work truck designs and configurations.

Cheryl Buholzer



Cheryl handles the financial side of the business and has been overseeing our accounting program for over ten years.

Natalie Sullivan

Accounts Receivable | Office Administrator


Natalie handles the accounts receivable for the entire company and office administrative duties at our Langley, BC head office.

Eden Leyenhorst

Sales Coordinator


Eden handles the outgoing completed truck packages and invoicing.

Celeste Clark

Administrative Coordinator


Celeste handles the incoming chassis arrivals.
