Traxxon Foundation Equipment Starts On Solid Ground

It hasn’t even been a full year since they first started operations, but Traxxon Foundation Equipment is already gearing up to make a deep impact across Western Canada. With their head office located in Burnaby, BC, the newest division of the Norland Group of Companies is focused on servicing BAUER Maschinen GmbH foundation drilling equipment for their customers from BC to Manitoba and even into the northern territories. BAUER equipment is used for deep foundational drilling and heavy civil construction projects, and their customers rely on that equipment to keep major projects on track year-round.

So when it became clear that they needed to start the new division on the right foot from the very beginning, parts and service manager Kirin Hoyano started searching for a new mechanics service truck to base their mobile service operation from in BC and Alberta. He was referred to Work Truck West in Langley, BC by a local contractor and was immediately impressed with the sales team’s responsiveness and interest in fulfilling his needs. “It was dead easy working with Mike and his team to put together the package of truck equipment. He pitched us a design, we worked with our mechanic to finalize the body and equipment configuration, added a generator set and we were on our way,” said Kirin. “The turnaround time worked perfectly for us too, as Work Truck West had the body already in stock and the whole package came together in about five weeks from the time we ordered it.”

Kirin knows that Traxxon is just getting started but already the new service truck has been put to good use. “The new truck is really core to our mobile service business. We’re growing very quickly, we look much more professional now, and when we roll onto one of our customer’s job sites, we look like we’re there to get to work.”
