In 2017, Work Truck West moved into its new state-of-the-art facility in the heart of B.C.’s Fraser Valley. With a larger shop and streamlined operating space, we look forward to serving your needs for years and years to come.

Rob Beukema

Vice President/Sales Manager


Rob manages the sales arm of the business and assists and advises on overall management decisions. Rob is a co-owner of the business with 19 years of experience in the company.

Mike Rolleman

Accounts Manager

Mike works with customers across Canada to ensure their work truck equipment needs are met. He has been with the company for 14 years.

Shawn Vandersluis

Sales Coordinator


Shawn assists our sales team with logistics of new truck projects, including chassis arrivals, documentation, liaising with the production team during the build, and finished vehicle delivery.

Andrew Young

Business Development Manager, Alberta


Andrew recently joined our team and has more than 14 years of experience in sales roles within full-line equipment dealerships in BC and Alberta.

Travis Ostermeier

Product Support Manager


Travis is an experienced parts and service manager and has more than 14 years of experience in automotive, agricultural equipment, and heavy-duty repairs. His technical skills and knowledge are heavily relied on both internally and from our customers. His expertise is vital to keeping your down time to a minimum.

Jeremy Huebert

Product Support Representative


Jeremy is the point person for any parts-related inquiries, he also manages parts inventory, is responsible for stock handling, identifying and cataloging parts and assemblies as well as ordering, receiving, inspecting, sorting, pricing and selling. He has more than six years of service technician and parts experience.

Ed Louwerse

Operations Manager


Ed oversees scheduling, design, supply, production, and quality. He has 13 years of experience in mechanical engineering and management and has led our production team for five years.

Darren Ginther

Production Manager


Darren is responsible for day-to-day planning and coordination in the Work Truck West shop. He has over 17 years of experience in production management, supply chain, and logistics and has provided integral support to our team for five years.

Shawn Hoogstra

Inventory Control Manager


Shawn is responsible for day-to-day purchasing and buying of components. He started at Work Truck West as an assembler for three years, worked as a shipper/receiver for three years, and has been purchasing for six years.

Owen Chute



Owen recently joined our team in a new position to design truck packages for our production team. He has a background in Mechanical Engineering and is looking forward to applying his skills to work truck designs and configurations.

Carly Wethersett

Marketing and Communications Director


Carly has more than 14 years of strategic marketing experience and has been with our team for five years. She is responsible for planning, development, and implementation of all our marketing strategies, marketing communications, and customer relations activities.

Brad Dewit

President/General Manager


Brad oversees all day-to-day business activities. Brad is a co-owner of the business and has more than 20 years of experience in the industry and in managing the business.

Cheryl Buholzer



Cheryl handles the financial side of the business and has been overseeing our accounting for six years.
